International Exchange Program
Dual Degree System
Students studying at Korea University Department of Political Science and International Relations can participate in the dual degree program by studying at a Partner University with which Korea University has an agreement. Under this system, upon graduation, students will be granted a degree by both Korea University as well as the Partner University. This was implemented in 2014 when an agreement was reached between Korea University and Waseda University. In the future, the department and the school will continue to expand the system by working with more overseas universities.
Bilateral Exchange
A large number of students at the Department of Political Science and International Relations are studying abroad through the Korea University Exchange Program. Under this program, the Department works to provide opportunities for students to experience and become adapted to different cultures and academic environments. The first agreement was signed with Lund University in Sweden and went into effect in 2014. The department will continue working on adding more universities (such as American and Singaporean schools) to the list through similar department-based agreements.
